Membership T&C

1. Anita Wyn Club Pty Ltd, operating as Anita Wyn Club (ABN 17 674 618 921) (Anita Wyn Club, we, us, or our), runs the Anita Wyn Club platform, which offers one-time and premium memberships subject to these terms and conditions.
2. To sign up for an Anita Wyn Club membership, you must be at least 18 years old.
3. Membership with Anita Wyn Club is governed by the Terms & Conditions applicable to the use of the Anita Wyn Club website.
4. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between us and each Anita Wyn Club member. By enrolling in an Anita Wyn Club membership, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy carefully before purchasing an Anita Wyn Club membership. For details about our use of your personal information and opt-out procedures, refer to our Privacy Policy.

ONE-OFF MEMBERSHIPS

5. One-time memberships are ideal for accessing our services and the Anita Wyn Club platform for a shorter duration to meet your needs.
6. There are five types of one-time memberships available:

You can purchase multiple one-time memberships, which will aggregate and extend your access to the Anita Wyn Club members' database.

7. You may buy both premium and one-time memberships simultaneously; however, the access days from the one-time membership will only be utilized after your premium membership is cancelled or terminated.

Entries into Promotional Draws

9. If you purchase a one-time membership via a link advertised as part of an Anita Wyn Club promotion (official link) during a promotion period, you will receive the specified number of entries associated with that package for the promotion.
10. For clarification, you will not receive entries into multiple promotions if you purchase a one-time package using an official link. To access all Anita Wyn Club member-only promotions, you must have a premium membership.
11. Entries into promotional draws are also subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these membership terms and conditions.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIPS

12. Premium memberships are ongoing subscriptions to the Anita Wyn Club platform, directly debited until you cancel or we terminate them in accordance with these terms and conditions.

14. Premium discounts at any level of premium membership are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant partner providing the discount. Anita Wyn Club is not liable if a partner's discount offer changes at any time or for any applicable exclusions.

Entries into Promotional Draws

15. Premium members accumulate entries for each continuous month they hold a membership. Entries are generated based on your current Premium membership level. If you have held a Premium membership for six months and changed your membership status during that time, the total number of entries you receive in a draw will be calculated according to the membership level you hold when the entries are generated for a specific giveaway and the tiers you have previously had.
16. Premium membership entries into promotional draws are generated before the relevant promotion period starts. Please check the Anita Wyn Club dashboard portal via the member login page. If your entries are not showing in your portal, please contact us at community@anitawynclub.com.
17. Entries into promotional draws are also subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these membership terms and conditions.
18. You can request to upgrade or downgrade your premium membership at any time through your Anita Wyn Club dashboard, but it will take effect on your next billing cycle. No refund will be offered if you downgrade your membership mid-billing cycle.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

20. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing community@anitawynclub.com. We will then provide you with a link with steps to cancel your membership.
21. Once the cancellation process is complete, your membership will be cancelled instantly, and you will receive a confirmation email. No refund will be offered if you cancel your membership mid-billing cycle for any reason or if you do not complete the cancellation process before the payment is taken.
22. Cancelling your membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database, you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts.
23. If you hold a premium membership and, for any reason, a direct debit for payment fails, we will attempt to debit your payment four more times every five days over a 15-day period after the initial payment failure. If, after five attempts, we are unable to debit your premium membership payment, your premium membership and all membership benefits will be terminated.
24. You may re-subscribe to a premium membership at any time. If you re-subscribe within 30 days of cancelling your premium membership or if your premium membership is cancelled by us, you will retain all previous benefits. However, if you do not re-subscribe within 30 days of cancellation or termination, any previous benefits will not carry over.

MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP BONUSES

25. Occasionally, we may offer sign-up bonuses, special offers, or free trial periods. These are only valid according to the terms and conditions that apply to the specific bonus, special offer, or free trial period.
26. If you sign up for a free trial period and do not cancel before it ends, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted according to the premium membership terms outlined above until you cancel your membership.

CHANGE OF DETAILS

27. You should notify us of any changes to your name, address, contact number, email address, or billing information by updating your details by calling us at +61 430 566 635, or emailing us at community@anitawynclub.com.
28. We will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your Anita Wyn Club membership.

LIABILITY

29. We do not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. However, the rest of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we and our partners are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage whatsoever, or any personal injury, illness, or death suffered or sustained in connection with Anita Wyn Club membership, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

30. We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from your use of the Anita Wyn Club platform or receiving any benefit from it.
31. We may exclude or suspend you from the Anita Wyn Club platform or from receiving benefits if you:some text
    1. engage in conduct that may jeopardize the proper conduct of the Anita Wyn Club platform;
    2. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive, or harassing manner;
    3. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of us, our partners, or any of our related entities or contractors;
    4. breach any law in connection with the Anita Wyn Club platform or your participation in our promotions; or
    5. behave in a way that we reasonably believe is otherwise inappropriate.
32. You must not assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.
33. Any term of these terms and conditions that is expressed to survive, or by its nature survives, the termination or expiry of these terms and conditions will continue following such termination or expiry.
34. All references to $ in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars.
35. We may, from time to time, amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will apply from the time they are posted on the Anita Wyn Club website or otherwise notified to members. If you do not wish to accept any amendments, you may cancel your Anita Wyn Club membership.
36. We may cease offering memberships by notifying members on the Anita Wyn Club website or otherwise, provided that we give sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members.
37. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
